First the liquid is crushed out from the apple and cider and then to this liquid there is an addition made of certain related bacteria’s which leads further to fermentation process of alcohol, thus sugar being turned into alcohol likewise. Then in the next fermentation, with the acetic bacteria of acid forming, vinegar is being converted out of alcohol which gives a very sour taste to the whole vinegar.
